As a member of the executive leadership team, you share in setting the strategic direction of policy, planning and people development that contribute to achieving ministry goals and broader Growth Plan goals.
Typically, the knowledge, skills and experience required to be successful in this position would have been obtained through:
- Education in law, criminal justice, criminology, or other related fields.
- Experience conducting investigations, adhering to the principles of procedural fairness, managing appeals or escalated complaints and judicial reviews.
- Proven experience as a senior leader.
