Client Service Specialist - Cawkwell Group
Job Description
Mid - Senior Level Client Service Specialist / Executive Assistant required to work with an award winning, leading edge Real Estate Team. The successful candidate will be working directly with the team leader and team members from their own virtual office. The ideal candidate will have real estate experience, be self-motivated and able to work effectively and efficiently from a home office. A positive attitude and the ability to communicate professionally with clients is mandatory. Intermediate computer skills, ability to demonstrate accuracy, resourcefulness and a positive attitude is a must.
Preference will be given to those with past law firm or farm experience. This is the perfect position for someone who enjoys working in the serenity of their own home while being a part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. Skills and Abilities:
Real Estate License/Experience - MUST HAVE
Proficiency with Windows operating system, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Adobe Acrobat Pro and navigating the internet
Keyboarding skills - minimum 40 wpm
