Duck Mountain Ambulance is hiring for our Kamsack and Norquay services, to start immediately. We have multiple openings for both EMT-PCP and EMT-P/ACP.

Pre-requisites include: Valid current EMS license in good standing with SCOP; Valid class 4 driver's license; Current driver's abstract (max. 3 months prior to application); Current criminal records check including vulnerable sectors (max. 3 mo. prior to application); Current training certifications for scope of practice (ie: CPR-C, AED, ITLS, ACLS, PALS or PEPP); List of references.
Duck Mountain Ambulance Care is an active and progressive rural paramedic service with stations in both Kamsack and Norquay. Your skills will be challenged with a call volume in excess of 1700 calls annually. DMAC serves the communities of Kamsack & Norquay, as well as the surrounding rural areas, First Nations, and the Duck Mountain Provincial Park.
The Kamsack & Norquay areas are set on the edge of the Boreal forest alongside the beautiful Duck Mountain Provincial Park. The areas offer recreational activities that include cross-country & downhill skiing, fishing, hunting, camping, snowmobiling, quadding and golfing to name a few.
The town of Kamsack offers a 9-hole golf course, swimming pool, disc golf course, skating and curling complex, movie theatre and sports grounds, as well as K-12 schools, hospital, medical clinic and dentist. The town of Norquay offers much the same including K-12 school, hockey & curling complex, and health centre.
