Job Description:
Brandt is currently seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations - Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, & a proactive approach to workplace dynamics
Policy Administration - Interpret & administer HR policies, procedures, & practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization
Performance Management - Collaborate with managers to implement performance management processes & contribute to the development of performance improvement plans
Discipline - Handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies, ensuring fair & consistent application. Provide guidance on termination procedures when necessary
Employment Law - Stay informed on employment laws and regulations, while working alongside the legal team to advise management on compliance & potential impact on HR practices
Employment Contracts - Assist in the creation & review of employment contracts ensuring alignment with legal requirements & company standards
Succession & Workforce Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of succession & workforce planning initiatives to support talent development and retention
Salary & Compensation - Collaborate with senior managers to maintain salary & compensation processes, ensuring competitiveness in the industry.
