The Midale Recreation Board is seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient individual for the new position of Midale Recreation Director. The Recreation Director will report directly to the Town of Midale Administrator and is responsible to the recreation board. This person will seek out grant opportunities, work together with volunteer committees in developing programs and oversee the recreation facilities. These facilities include the skating and curling rinks, swimming pool, parks and ball diamonds.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, leadership and supervisory skills and have the ability to work independently as well as being a team member. Time management, planning and organizational skills are a valuable asset, as well as computer and basic bookkeeping knowledge(Word, Excel, email protocols etc). Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and provide a recent Criminal Record Check.

Salary is dependant upon qualifications and experience, but will include a municipal pension plan and benefits.
