Humboldt Co-op is hiring a Grocery Manager for our Grocery department in Lanigan, SK.

Who you are:
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years retail experience.
Must have a minimum 2-3 years experience managing/supervising others.
Effective interpersonal, leadership and communications skills.
Effective planning, organization and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.

What youll do:
Lead the grocery team in a manner that demonstrates day-to-day behaviors that align with and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and brand.
Manage the Grocery department in accordance with the company policies, procedures, and standards.
Recruit, train, develop, coach and motivate the grocery team.
Ensures that all products meet company quality standards.
Perform team performance reviews.
Manage inventory levels.
Develop sales promotion programs to grow the grocery business.
Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, financial and marketing strategies.
Develop and administer action plans to achieve the desired results of the business plan.
Provide leadership and direction in the development and achievement of operational and financial results including, sales, margins, expense, inventory and SPEH for your department.
Other duties as assigned.
