Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
Establish work priorities, delegate drivers and driver helper staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory budgetary controls.
Maintain client belonging and inventory for articles in storage
Review and handle customer lost/damaged claims and complaints
Other duties as assigned.
