We are looking for someone to join our Morning Production Team and put a serious amount of love and care into getting the worlds most beautiful donuts to our customers!
The successful candidate will preferably have prior pastry/bakery experience and an understanding of basic kitchen operations. The Morning Production Team Member contributes to the daily success of The Everyday Kitchen by learning about our unique product and adapting their techniques and skills accordingly to ensure a consistent finished end product.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, Morning Production Team Lead, and Prep Team Lead
Efficiently and correctly set up and take down fry station and production kitchen
Accurately and consistently fry all donuts in timeline provided
Accurately and consistently make all glazes
Accurately feed and care for our sourdough starter
Assist with finishing donuts, including but not limited to glazing and topping donuts, under the direction of the Morning Production Supervisor
Follow recipes accurately and consistently
Accurately and efficiently fulfill client orders for delivery and special orders
Ensure cleanliness and organization of production kitchen space and equipment, including dishwashing
DETAILS
- Pastry experience preferred, but not required
- Job Type: Part-time (15 - 25 hours / week)
- Availability between 4:00am-11:00am, 6-7 Tues-Saturday
