As an employee the individual is required to: clock into work using a cell phone, fill out safety documents, attend weekly safety meetings, be a team worker, communicate with others.
As a swamper the individual will work with an operator to complete construction piling drilling, guiding the process, haul water (~40 kg) and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Individuals with Skid steer experience will have preference.
