Customer service and sales
*Face of the studio, must live and breathe our studio values while at work
*Manage daytime inquiries from current and prospective customers (phone, email, text and social media)
*Prepare regular reporting
*Update and communicate policies and procedures
*Create and/or update room schedules, and notify staff
*Front desk coverage when needed
Team management
*Manage the person at the front desk
*Prepare staff meeting agendas and keep meeting minutes
*Schedule substitute teachers as necessary
Marketing and communications
*Send out information to customers and gather information for monthly newsletters
*Maintain calendars on the website and on Google
*Assist with studio events as needed
Studio maintenance
*Oversee bulletin board / flyer updates
*Oversee studio decorating schedule
*Advise owners if building maintenance is required
Online store
*Shopify management and updates as needed
*Oversee inventory process
Executive assistant
*Oversee the owners calendar
*Book travel (when applicable)
*Regular meetings with the owner
*Running to-do list for owner and follow-up
*Assisting with the owners email inbox as needed
Other duties as assigned
This position will work 9:00am to 5:00 from Monday to Friday.
All candidates must:
*Have strong skills in sales and customer service
*Be 18 years of age or older
*Consider themselves polite and professional
*Be comfortable conducting cold telephone calls to clients
*Be a self-driven problem solver
*Have intermediate computer skills
*Be organized
*Be punctual
*Be available for the occasional off-site event and event preparation
*Dress in a clean and professional style
