Dance City is growing! We're seeking the perfect individual to join our dance family.
This job is about personal relationships with customers, daily email, phone, and in person conversations, customer retention and selling classes to customers that inquire. It also includes administrative tasks such as:
* following up on registration inquiries
* creating and managing documents, reports and schedules
* processing sales and managing inventory
* data entry, invoicing and accounts receivable management
* maintaining a clean and organized studio
* maintaining records of customer interactions
* being our brand ambassador
* extra fun activities!
The ideal candidate will:
* have previous experience in sales and/or customer service
* excellent administrative and organizational skills
* strong computer skills (comfortable using Excel, Word, Google Drive) is required
* comfortable with learning several platforms and applications
* self-motivated and excellent at following directions
* show initiative and motivated by goals
* have excellent communication skills (written and oral)
* deadline driven and detail-oriented
* able to set priorities and work in a fast-moving environment
* able to work independently and with others
Hours of work are Mon-Fri during the day. Full time and part time positions available. This position receives health benefits.
