Kroeker Farms Limited is accepting applications for a general farm worker for the 2021 harvest season and the 2022 planting, growing and harvest season on our seed potato farm in Riverhurst, SK. This worker would be responsible for hand harvesting, assisting with mechanized harvesting, preparing storage facilities and preparing the the 2021 crop for market. This work could begin immediately.
This is a seasonal, full-time position. The work involves a lot of walking, stooping, bending and lifting. Applicants must also be able to lift up to 75 lbs. The rate of pay is $11.81/hour with a potential for bonuses.
Desired qualities: Individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are good team players and have the ability to focus.
A high school diploma and some farm experience is required.
