Hill Acme is seeking a full-time/part-time Office Professional to work at their Kindersley Office, located in the Kindersley Industrial Park.
Job duties for the position include:
- General office duties including: answering phones, operating office equipment and filing.
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Managing customer's PO's, codes and payments
- Managing and entering accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Oversee data entry and organization of inventory system
- Other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, organized and a good communicator.
