Personal Challenge Question Information

Supply your username and email address and then answer your personal challenge question to reset your password now.

Personal Challenge Questions (or PCQs) are question-answer combinations that act like a lock and key for regaining access to your SaskJobs Job Order account. You select a question and provide your very own corresponding answer. Once completed, should you ever forget or lose your password, you can supply your username and email address to retrieve your challenge question. Upon successful response to the question, a new password is emailed out. This password is temporary and it must be changed when you next login.

Please note that our system will not allow an online client to reset a password until the challenge question, challenge response, and a valid email address have been entered on the system.

PCQs are important because they provide an often needed, time-saving convenience. They're part of our ongoing effort to offer our clients the best customer service experience possible. So set them up today.
