Contact Center Agent
Hospitality Network is Canada's leading provider of patient and resident TV and phone rental services in hospitals and seniors homes across Canada. We are seeking a permanent part time Contact Center Agent- (Bilingual-French preferred)(30-40 hrs per week) in the Regina Head Office. Our call center supports our national initiatives to automate our patient rental services and to enhance our service levels to our growing seniors care home business.
Reporting to the Contact Center Manager, the Contact Center Agents will be expected to take customer calls. In addition you will be expected to help with office tasks pertaining to both the hospital and seniors care divisions. Such as: entering payments, refunds, and changes to service. From time to time, you may also be required to provide backup to other positions in the company. You will also be required to do some troubleshooting and tracking of service issues in our call tracker application.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum grade twelve
- Fluent in French (Quebecois preferred)
- Strong contact / call center experience including handling inquiries, processing credit card orders, and troubleshooting, with demonstrated customer service skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to prioritize, take initiative, analyze and problem solve.
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office software applications
-Ability to work non typical office hours, even split shifts.(The contact centre is open until 9 pm week days,9:30-7 pm weekends)
