  Job Title: Community Justice Worker  
  Location: NORTH BATTLEFORD  
  Details: Program Objectives:

Initiate Alternative Meausres programming (youth and adults), at the community level; and
Increase community awareness of alternative measures programming
Implement policies and procedures for BTC steering committee and Community Justice Workers

We are looking for 2 team players who has a genuine concern for justice.  People who are willing to work and be part of a group of dedicated professionals.

Qualifications:

Must possess good analytical skills
Capable of developing, coordinating, and implementing workable plans and complete projects on time and budget
The successful candidate will possess a diploma from an accredited justice related program or the equivalent training and/or experience in the Justice Field.
A comprehensive knowledge of, and sensitivity towards Aboriginal cultures and people
Knowledgeable skills in communications, writing skills, budgeting, some computer literacy
Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and possess a reliable vehicle
Must be willing to provide a current CPIC from the RCMP
Preference will be given to persons experienced in working with First Nations people or First Nations organizations and to those who can speak the Cree language.
