We are seeking a highly dependable, motivated and versatile Site Administrator.  The successful candidate will be an independent, self-starter who works well under pressure and has good communication skills.  The Site Administrator will perform a wide variety of complex and responsible administrative functions in support of the development site as well as providing support to the Site Supervisor and ensuring comprehensive communication and efficient flow of all paperwork between the site and the various divisions.

Duties:
- First point of contact at the construction site for staff, neighbours and inspectors
- Health and Safety Coordination for site
- Ensure all purchases are tracked and coded appropriately
- In collaboration with Purchaser, ensure acquisition of interprovincial transport permits, maintain vehicle and equipment insurance records and renewals
- Prescreen all resumes and check and maintain all Driver's abstracts
- Retrieve/receive and organize time-card and packing slips from staff
- Address delinquent invoices
- Light scheduling for sub trades
- Coordinate inspections with City and HPO and ensure deficiencies are addressed
- Create and deliver change orders and ensure all changes are done and proper people are notified

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent together with any combination of education and experience that demonstrates competency in all administrative functions
- Type 50 wpm
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Preference will be given to applicants with experience in administrative systems
- Ability and eagerness to work well with others in an extremely fast-paced, demanding and challenging construction office environment, with minimal direct supervision
