	Job Title:	Programmer Analyst
	Location:	REGINA
	Details:	We are seeking analysts who have a minimum of two years of experience working with the Oracle development tools Forms, Reports and PL/SQL combined with Oracle Application Server. The successful candidates will provide both applications support for a suite of existing applications and assist the development of new application processes. Key responsibilities:     Designing, estimating, coding and testing complex programs.     Preparing detailed specifications/documentation for programs.     Solving existing application problems.     Interacting with clients.     Participating in multiple assignments at the same time. Mandatory Requirements:     Successfully graduated from a 2 year diploma program or better in Computer Science or equivalent     Experience in analysis, design and maintenance or development of application systems using Oracle and other development tools     Experience with Oracle APEX, Developer Forms and Reports     A minimum of 2 years related IT experience     A strong understanding of Oracle server side stored procedure development PL/SQL     Good verbal and written communication skills     Ability to work in a team environment Other Preferred Skills:     Experience with JDeveloper, Java, JavaScript
