The Customer Support Specialist is a people person who loves to problem solve. You are responsible for creating and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling their product inquiries, and executing their product orders with our warehouse logistics partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
First point of contact with customers via phone or email
Build and maintain relationships with customers and the multitude of personality types
Execute product orders and product inquiries from customers
Oversee facilitation of logistics from warehouse to customers
Proactively manage inventory at warehouses supply request, counts, forecast demand
General understanding of Accounts Receivable and invoicing
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Customer service or related experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Diploma or Degree in Business or Agriculture
ASSET: Experienced in the agriculture industry and supply chain
