Summary
The Community-Based Research Navigator is responsible for participating in the Kotawe training; recruiting and retaining Willow Warriors; implementing the Kotawe (research project) with the Willow Warriors (group of women); facilitating sharing circles; gathering evaluation data; and debriefing on the process with the Kotawe Coordinator.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsible and reliable
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Qualitative data collection
Microsoft Office and word processing skills
Able to manage time effectively

Must be well connected and respected in the community
Ability to handle situations in a compassionate manner with ability to handle crisis
Able to work and communicate collaboratively with other professionals
Knowledge of the reality for Indigenous people in Saskatchewan
Knowledge of Indigenous cultural teachings and ceremony
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
