The Ultimate Deck Shop in Regina, SK is looking for an Office Admin & Bookkeeper to join our growing team of go-getters. We are located on 141 4th Ave East. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, reliable, organized, and possesses a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Reliable and efficient working relationship with Accounting
Bookeeping duties including managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, account reconciliation, payroll, budgeting, etc.
Analyze business spending and provide ways to better maximize budgets
Produce financial reports for management
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain a positive and efficient working environment
Overseeing office supply and efficiency
Qualifications
Experience working as a bookkeeper with an understanding of accounting principles
Experience with Quickbooks and other office computer applications
Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize
Strong math skills
Experience in a managerial role an asset
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to delegate effectively
Great written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Perks & Details
Wage is dependent on experience, ranging from $18 to $25 per hour.
Hours are Full Time from approximately March until October. Hours typically reduced from November to February.
Pension, Benefits, and Paid Vacation are available after probationary period.
Some travel may be required.
