Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for bringing world-class development, design, software, sales, marketing (and more!) talent all the way through the recruitment funnel and into the organization as a new hire.
Responsibilities
Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and divisional leaders understand hiring needs
Manage and facilitate the entire hiring process from job posting through to offer for your requisitions
- Post job requisitions across various databases and job boards
- Process, qualify, and screen applicants
- Arrange and conduct culture-fit interviews
- Refer qualified candidates through to hiring managers for subsequent interviews and prepare offers
- Work with accepted candidate to set start date and coordinate onboarding
Act as a brand ambassador to position Vendasta as an employer of choice
Act as an advisor to current and prospective employees for routine to complex issues
Qualifications
3+ years experience working in recruitment; preference given focus on technical hiring
Experience sourcing and engaging talent using LinkedIn
Knowledge of human resources employment laws and policies
Energetic, tech-savvy, and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of delivering results
Excellent professional communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing conditions
