Vendastas Director of Sales Training and Enablement will be responsible for the effective planning, development, coordination and delivery of sales training and enablement programs for the Vendasta sales guild.
Responsibilities
Apply performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify needs at a departmental, team and individual level
Plan and deliver training and enablement programs based on the findings
Craft career plans for high performing and high potential talent
Oversee learning activities, curriculum and resources across sales
Manage quarterly and annual training budgets
Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs
Develop and execute plans for successful development and implementation of large scale learning
Champion sales training and enablement across the business, helping people to understand the importance and value of best practice in this area
Qualifications
Relevant work experience as a Training Manager or similar role
Proven experience organizing large scale learning/training activities in a large organization (+200 employees)
In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods
Hands-on experience with project management and a track record of successfully delivering against goals
Expert-level proficiency in LMS'
Excellent communication and leadership skills
