Seeking a fun, energetic, highly organized, hardworking and self-motivated Administrative Clerk to keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be able to operate with minimal direct supervision and have superb time management and organization skills. The candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will need to represent our company values and image. Duties will include answering phone and email inquiries, inventory and finance data entry, processing purchase orders and freight/shipping requests, and ensuring general operating supplies and services are maintained. An interest in supporting social media marketing and identifying ways we can be more effective and efficient by contributing fresh ideas for customer experience and process improvement would be a bonus.
Qualifications
Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Sharepoint and Outlook
Must have excellent typing skills
Must have experience with databases and the ability to learn data entry in Quickbooks, Excel and other databases
