From brainstorming ideas and stress testing them with customers, to assisting with the development of marketing launch strategies, the new product development lead is the champion and lays the foundation for new projects.  Through a deep understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape, new product development leads are ultimately responsible for collaboration with a cross function team and executing on Brandts Product Development Process.  Meticulous planning initiates this process and is a critical component that leads to the creation of products that are innovative, competitively priced, appropriately featured and align with the overall strategy of the organization.

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for the construction industry and understands the significant impact effective equipment can play on the job site.  Success in this role requires a humble curiosity, and the ability for full understanding of market and customer dynamics.
