Plans, organizes, and manages contractually provided structural pest and animal control with full responsibility for meeting operational goals.
Provides quality control, inventory management, record keeping and management reporting. Works with customer and management to estimate costs and develop tag projects.
Manages compliance with contract terms, conditions, and obligations. Develops a professional working relationship with key contract personnel and establishes official lines of communication.
Participates in a variety of departmental and other meetings on a regular basis.
Supervises employees; ensures a competent, motivated team through hiring, training, development, counseling and reviewing the performance of employees.
Performs P&L analysis to develop and implement strategies to maximize business unit profits.
Prepares budget related documents by evaluating capital needs, labor requirements, supplies and materials. Monitors all budgetary expenditures.
