Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a candidate seeking accounting/administrative work for the long term. In this fast-paced office, your responsibilities will include:
Office Administration
- Provide accounts payable & receivable processing.
- Word processing, spreadsheets and administrative support to the Manager.
- Reception/telephone support; respond to enquiries, relay messages and coordinate courier/mail.
Education & Experience:
- Experience with accounts payable & receivable processing and office administration.
- Friendly telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Able to learn quickly and have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Computer:
- Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Personality/Desired attributes:
- Thrives in a fast paced environment, working with multiple priorities and deadlines; must have strong organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Not afraid to ask questions.
