SCHEDULING:
-Scheduling all of Saskatchewan while abiding by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. (Regina, Saskatoon, Prince Albert, Loss Prevention)
-Making updates to all of Saskatchewans schedules. (Adding, removing, changing shifts)
-Emailing weekly schedules to clients
-Setting up new client services (client set up form & service agreements)
-Confirmation of employees for events
-Attend meetings with clients as requested
ADMIN:
-New hire on-boarding complete all paperwork
-New hire on-boarding orientation, OH&S
-Assist Regional Manager and Branch Manager as requested
-Manage the branch while Regional Manager and Branch Manager are away
-Update hiring kits as needed
-Prepare hiring kits
-Manage and organize all active & terminated employee files
-Review and approve employee expenses
-Employee termination files (complete and send to HO)
-Completing and emailing security licenses. (New and renewals)
-Maintain spreadsheets. (Security license expiry, inventory, availability, seniority)
-Ensure employees are up to date with WHIMS and Serve It Right Saskatchewan
-General filing in the office. (Vacation pay requests, payroll correction forms)
-Maintaining equipment room cleanliness. (Organizing uniforms after returned from cleaners, as well as gathering uniforms needed for all events)
-Contacting employees to come in for security license renewals within a reasonable time frame.
-Ensuring hiring kits are filled out completely and correctly, then emailing them to HO and entering employees into W2W and spreadsheets.
-Assisting with hiring as needed
-Cooperate with all aspects of Health and Safety
-Be the first point of contact for employees
