Job Overview:
Operate loopers, forming presses, chop saws, hydraulic wire trimmers, and punch presses
Set up and operate equipment required for the work order.
Daily equipment maintenance
Effectively complete daily quality checks
Perform tasks with detailed accuracy
Ensure all tasks are performed with the highest regard for safety and quality, as outlined in our Safety and Quality Manual
Keep work area clean and assist in the overall tidiness of the shop
Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
Welding experience preferred, or equivalent
Spring manufacturing experience preferred, or equivalent
Paint experience preferred, or equivalent
Wireform experience preferred, or equivalent
Good mechanical aptitude
Positive and cooperative team player
Quality, safety and production oriented, with commitment to the company and its goals
Able to meet the physical demands of the job
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good problem solving skills
