IntraGrain Technologies, Inc. (IGT) is looking for a Dealer Support Technician to join our dynamic team. This critical customer facing role is responsible for providing technical & troubleshooting support to our dealers.

What will you be doing?
Providing technical & troubleshooting support to dealers & customers;
Utilizing ticketing system to track & communicate issues;
Developing & maintaining product manuals & other technical literature;
Supporting the overall strategy of the customer facing teams;
Providing technical support outside of normal working hours during busy seasons.
What skills will you have?
University Bachelors degree or equivalent;
1-3 years of experience in a call center or similar environment;
Examples of excellence in customer service;
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills;
Able to multitask & prioritize issues based on severity;
Knowledge of SQL is an asset;
Experience in the agricultural industry is considered an asset.
