An Equipment Inspector:
- Works in the field under the remote direction and guidance of a Senior Engineer
- Performs examinations on in-service cranes, lifting equipment, and industrial structures
- Prepares organized reports detailing examination findings
- Sketches, measures, and photographs equipment
- Travels to job sites within central and southern Saskatchewan and Manitoba with overnight stays
- Regularly works at heights and occasionally in confined spaces

You are:
You are a mechanically inclined individual who wants to start their career in inspection. New challenges, working with machinery, and being outdoors year-round are what you enjoy at work. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty or work with new technology. You take pride in a job well done, care about safety on the job site, and enjoy interacting with customers. You thrive in an environment that provides on-the-job learning experience and opportunities to advance your career by rising to technical challenges. In the past, you've worked on a construction or industrial site, in a fabrication shop, or worked with machinery and equipment.

You have:
- A minimum of Grade 12 or GED education
- Satisfactory near vision (with or without glasses) and colour vision
- A valid driver's license
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
