MEMBER ADVISOR
Medstead Advice Centre
* Varied shifts that include evenings, Saturdays and Sundays
* Coverage to be provided at Medstead Advice Centre, the Digital Advice Centre, and Advice Centres within a 200km radius.
THE POSITION:Reporting to the Member Advisor Supervisor, this position provides financial transaction services to members and potential members with courtesy, accuracy and speed whether it is digitally or face to face.As a member advisor, this role provides knowledgeable and timely response to inquiries and provides assistance in utilizing our products and services in a way that best meet the members needs, all while utilizing and promoting our omni channels and educating members on the benefits of self-service. They recognize opportunities to promote, cross-sell and refer additional credit union products and services that will best help members meet/exceed their needs.
The person in this role is well versed in understanding the basis of great customer service and can get along with many types of people. Through being extremely organized and driven to attention to detail can effectively support the needs of those our members. Member Advisors can easily articulate the benefits and features of our products and services and asks and answers the great questions not just the obvious ones. Driven to connect with our members through one of our alternate channels, this person regularly suggests and personally uses various other technologies to provide ways to do business with Innovation Credit Union. Initiative is not an issue for people in this role. Its what they do and who they are.
