Job Description: 3sHealth is seeking a leader with significant experience in leading transformational change & developing & managing relationships with internal & external stakeholders. This leader will work collaboratively with health system partners to identify, develop & ensure effective implementation of change initiatives resulting in high quality, safe & cost effective health care services for patients, residents & clients.
Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, the Director will:
create a centre of excellence where leaders receive advice, expertise, coaching and tools to develop, lead and execute transformational change using a comprehensive, standard and consistent approach;
lead a cross functional team and foster a culture of collaboration; innovation; bold, courageous leadership; transparency; integrity and trust;
assess and minimize organizational exposure and risk on projects by using visual management tools to provide transparency into project status and rapid and effective escalation and response to issues;
build competency and capacity for change across the organization and health system by developing a comprehensive learning program.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field with a minimum of five years' related experience.
Demonstrated success in strategic leadership to foster an environment of delivering results, continuous improvement, innovation and excellence.
A strong negotiator who can implement strategic plans through complex and dynamic decision-making and development processes.
Training and experience in continuous improvement, project management and change leadership.
Completion of a leadership program an asset.
