The Rack prides itself on using foundation agronomy in a holistic way requiring full analysis of all aspects of management that ultimately determines final yield.

The Rack is currently seeking an analytical self-starter to join the Ultimate Yield Division of The Rack as our Ultimate Yield Technology Technician.  

Reporting to the UY Manager the incumbent is responsible to ensure that all UY technology is in place and operational.  The incumbent will be responsible for training all new staff with regards to the UY technology to ensure our Customer Experience is not disrupted as we grow our team.  Work with the team and IT Manager to process and analyze incoming data.  Answer inquiries and provide troubleshooting advice to internal customers as required.  Work with the operational team to jointly support grower relationships where needed.

Position Responsibilities:

    Serves as the UY Technology specialist
    Hold UYMI technology training sessions, providing support as required
    Work with all facets of the operation, providing valuable information and data to support our team in making decisions that help our growers become more efficient in their decisions
    Work with UY Manager/ IT Manager to ensure our UY technology needs continue to be updated, and provides the "right" support for our team, IT supports our goals with regards to customer experience
