Guardian Radiology is accepting applications for a full-time Human Resources position in Lloydminster, Ab. Starting wage $25 - $30/hr, based on experience.
Working as part of the Human Resources (HR) Team, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting a broad range of HR related functions, including but not limited to:
Provide general administrative support for various departments
Participate in employee recruitment including job advertising, screening, interviewing and reference checking
Coordination of on-boarding administration and maintenance of employee files
Advertising, promotion and sponsorship
Corporate events, gifts and special considerations
Schedule and coordinate meetings and maintain meeting minutes
Assist with payroll and medical billing/insurance submissions
The successful candidate will possess:
Experience in human resources or related field considered an asset
Keen attention to accuracy and detail, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Effective organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and frequent deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with computers, the ability to learn and use new programs and advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Word
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision
