Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail, data entry.
Organizing program registrations, receiving and tracking fees and other duties as directed by supervisor. Proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office is a requirement.
