As a Business Analytics Specialist, you will work closely with our sales, marketing, finance and leadership teams to increase efficiencies in our revenue organization. You will manage process improvement projects, identify gaps/opportunities in our revenue motions, report on key performance metrics and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Improve workflows, remove roadblocks, and promote efficiencies in sales and marketing processes
Promote cross-functional collaboration by acting as the liaison between frontline teams, demand generation, finance, operations and leadership
Report on key performance metrics
Perform analysis on various revenue data sets and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Manage the data integrity of our CRM
Become the expert in sales and marketing processes and KPIs

Skills & Qualifications
Ability to make confident recommendations based on data analysis and stakeholder engagement
Well developed communication and presentation skills
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously while working in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities
Strong initiative  establish goals and take responsibility for meeting them within defined timelines

3+ years experience in project management, operations or sales considered a strong asset
Bachelors of Commerce or equivalent work experience considered a strong asset
