Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for a Casual Receptionist/Admin Role. This position will be a call-in role when required and provide vacation coverage as well as backfill coverage as required. Generally, 1-2 weeks advance notice will be provided for shifts, however sometimes there may be a need for coverage on shorter notice to qualify, you must have 1-3 years experience in a Reception role.
Responsibilities:
Answering the phone
Filing, printing and preparing relevant documents
Managing, sending and receiving emails
Booking travel
Organizing and preparing meetings
Ordering office supplies
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in a similar role
Bulk typing ability with great attention to detail.
Basic MS word and excel skills
Confident with strong interpersonal skills
Professional image
