Description:

VIP Customer Manager is the representative of high-end customers families and relying on the platform of Sun Life financial and tax planning team to customize the overall financial and tax planning service for the high asset families. Base on the interests of customers and focusing on customer service, we help customers optimize asset allocation, strengthen risk control and achieve the goal of comprehensive financial and tax planning.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Understand their potential problems and Individual needs via the communicating with customers;
2.Assists to professional financial and tax planning team of Sun Life Financial to provide comprehensive financial and tax services for high capital family;
3.Maintains the long-term relationship with clients, help clients to implement financial and tax plans, realize tax freedom, maintain and increase the value of assets to achieve the goal of controllable inheritance;
4.Develops own career, expands own team and improves own leadership and management skills;
5.Having unlimited income opportunities, enjoy the flexible schedule, realize financial freedom in advance, reflect the self-value.

Job Requirements:
1.Must have excellent eloquence and communication skills without age restriction,fluent in mandarin;
2.Passionate with helping others and putting the high priority of the customer needs;
3.Strong learning and sales ability, strictly observe professional ethics;
4.Able to accept the challenge;
5.Prior working experience in financial business sales and LLQP licence are preferred.
