Receptionist / Service Advisor Assistant / Executive Assistant at an Independant Automotive Repair Shop. Greet clientel with enthusiasm both in person, and on the phone. Some paperwork involved, scheduling of vehicles. Assisting the Service Advisors in their day to day tasks. Coordinating appointments. Doing customer satisfaction call back calls. Monday to Friday with weekends and stat holidays off. We are closed between Christmas and New Years.
