Bartender must fit the following

- Have a valid SIRS certificate

- Able to work flexible hours, evenings, late nights, weekends

- Clean & Organized

- Computer skills

- Responsible (handling of liquor, money, etc)

- Trustworthy (able to be left unsupervised)

- Work in a fast pace environment

- Cooperation with teammates

- General bartending knowledge
