Cut and trim standard cuts of meat and poultry for sale according to customers order;
Grind meats and slice cooked meats using slicing machines and grinders;
Prepare and display sample dishes to attract customers;
Manage inventory level, keep track of sales and report to supervisor on inventory order when necessary;
Determine amount, product lines and products freshness according to sales volumes, company needs and customer requirements;
Cut, prepare and clean fish and shellfish when required;
Other job may assigned if necessary.
