Our brokerage division is seeking a detail-orientated individual to manage documentation for commercial real estate transactions.This is a permanent position based on 30 hours per week.
Required Skills:
3-5 years administrative experience and/or equivalent education
Superior multi-taking and organizational skills
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure with a strong eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
Knowledge in real estate or real
estate/contract law an asset
Basic knowledge of accounting
