Description

The MCCS Donor Relations Associate works in collaboration with the Communications and Donor Relations Director (CDR Director) to support MCCs culture of philanthropy, nurturing the passions of supporters and donors to advance MCCs mission. The Donor Relations Associate implements strategies for building and maintaining relationships with donors, with an emphasis on Major and Middle donors in the Saskatchewan constituency. This person will work to achieve strengthened relationships with donors resulting in meeting revenue growth targets to support the work of MCC.



The Donor Relations Associate is accountable to the CDR Director. Approximately 50% of the time could be spent out of office in meetings and visits with donors with occasional extra time and/or weekend and evening work expected.  This position is a part time position (.5 FTE or 18.75 hours/week) and is available on a salaried basis.
