Job Title
The position of Office Assistant consists of administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
General Responsibilities
Customer Service
Answering phones, check messages, Emails
Communicating between homeowners, insurance and estimators
Opening jobs
Assiting with managing job information
Scheduling appointments
Obtaining quotes
Basic accounting - Invoicing, deposits, data entry, statements, etc.
Some Health & Safety and Marketing duties
Employee Orientation
Cleaning of office areas
Other company duties
Terms Of Employment
Permanent, full time
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
Experience
6 months-1 year. Willing to train.

Speak English, Read English, Write English
