We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Regina branch. If you enjoy serving customers on the phone, thrive on building customer relationships and are driven to succeed, come join our team.
Reporting directly to the CFO, your role will be dealing with customers and providing superior customer service by responding to all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Ideally, you must possess 1-2 years experience in customer service, demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and an ability to determine solutions for customers. CSR's enter orders to provide information about products, resolve issues, deliver creative solutions and provide customers with a "WOW" experience. You must possess excellent verbal and written skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications is desirable.
