Technical Services
Use standards of professional librarianship to create original catalogue records and edit bibliographic records available through online sources
Provide on-site support for school libraries (i.e. de-selection, data entry, inventory, automated library software support)
Prepare and process materials for circulation (barcode, laminate, add holdings, label)
Assist in the coordination of various aspects of the annual book display
Textbook/Serials Services
Assist with the redistribution of elementary textbooks and the rebinding of textbooks
Administrative Assistant Services
Perform telephone services (receiving / directing inquiries, booking requests, etc.)
Compose written correspondence (emails, memos, and notices)
Participate in System-sponsored, professional development training opportunities and ILS staff meetings
Other duties as assigned by the Curriculum and Instruction Supervisor, Information & Library Services (ILS) Technical Services Manager
