We are looking for an organized and down to earth individual who can provide software technical support and excellent client services for our software users.

This position will involve various software technical support and client service-related tasks.

You have:

Strong interpersonal skills
Great organizational skills
Strong computer & software knowledge


You will be:

Handling or routing incoming calls
Outgoing client follow up and other software support and client service-related tasks
Providing administrative and appointment scheduling support to other team members in the office.

On the job training will be provided to become proficient with our internal software, processes and custom-developed software modules


Full Time Position: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday
