All Brite Industries (Regina) is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time permanent position. Job Duties:
Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, letters, and reports.
Filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing various documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Prepare tables, reports, invoices and other statements
Greet clients and customers and direct them to employer or appropriate person,
Open and distribute incoming mails and emails and co-ordinate the flow of information internally with other departments and organizations,
Order office supplies and maintain inventory,
Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages,
Record and prepare minutes of meetings,
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations,
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
Ensure common areas are organized and kept tidy.
