Are you interested in making a difference in families lives?
The Prince Albert Early Childhood Intervention Program (PAECIP) will require an Executive Director.  PAECIP Inc. provides several services including Early Intervention, Connections, Community Developers and other services.  Early Intervention and Connections provide home based services to families of children 0-18 years of age with developmental delays or risk of delay.  The Executive Director implements policies established by the Board of Directors in order to achieve the goals of the organization.  As the Executive Director, you would provide general oversight of all staff, programs and finances, and build and maintain constructive working relationships with the families, community partners and funding organizations.  
Qualifications Required:
A recognized degree related to early childhood education, which has been obtained in early childhood development, education, nursing, social work, psychology, or business administration with early childhood experience or to other related programs; A valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle; Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks; Availability for evening and weekend work as required; 3-5 years management and supervisory experience; A working knowledge of financial management, including establishing and maintaining a budget
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated ability to work with a community board and committees; Experience in providing home based services; Demonstrated ability to work with children and families with diverse needs;
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team with other agencies and professionals; Knowledge of Indigenous culture;
Self motivated, well organized, flexible, innovative, and good problem solver.
